It's Oil Week as it is known in Aberdeen with Offshore Europe 2017 (OE 2017) conference and exhibition from the Society of Petroleum Engineers taking place between 5th and 8th September

Glenfiddich Distillery Tours

Enjoy a tour and a tasting at the Glenfiddich Distillery.
in Dufftown, Banffshire AB55 4DH just over an hours drive from Aberdeen on the A96
The hour long tours are free, daily hourly 9.30am – 4.30pm all year round.
There's no need to book ahead as these tours are frequent, for groups of less than 12. 


The Balvenie Distillery

Friday - 10am only
Weekends - Closed
There are two tours a day, costing £50 per person from January 2018, and pre-booking is essential. Bottling your own Balvenie costs £30 and is available exclusively as part of The Balvenie Distillery tour.

Haddo House - Haddo Estate, Ellon Aberdeenshire

Haddo House in Ellon, Aberdeen, home to a fine art collection and set in beautiful gardens was bequeathed to the National Trust for Scotland in 1978, and since then its contents and gardens have been open to the public. The house was completed in 1735 designed by the celebrated architect William Adam.
The gardens and grounds are open to visitors all year round
